ARRIVAL  

To maximize your spa experience, kindly arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to complimentary Valet park, check in, settle into the spa environment, and start your service promptly at your designated time. We prioritize your relaxation and aim to ensure you enjoy every moment of your scheduled treatment.

LATE ARRIVAL  

Ensuring you have a calming and enjoyable experience is our top priority. As such, we're unable to extend services for late arrivals. If you're delayed by 15 minutes or more, we'll need to cancel your appointment to maintain our commitment to quality service. We appreciate your understanding, and please remember that you'll be responsible for the full amount of your booked services.

SERVICE CHARGE

A 20% service charge will be applied to all Spa Services. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes to your appointment. In consideration of all guests, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Please be advised that changes made within 24 hours will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of all booked services. Furthermore, any rescheduled changes, no-shows, or cancellations on the day of your appointment will result in charges for the full amount of your booked services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. 

BOOKING

 To secure your spa booking, we kindly ask for a credit card on file at the time of booking. While you can use any accepted form of payment at the time of service, having a credit card on file is necessary to complete your booking, as per our 48-hour cancellation policy.

SPA ATTIRE 

Spa attire during treatment and in steam room is based on your comfort level. Please note that during spa treatments, therapists use scrubs, lotions, and oils that may affect your garments. Disposable undergarments are available.  All guests are provided a secure locker, luxury robe and spa slippers in order to move comfortably throughout the spa. 

SAFE-KEEPING

We offer lockers for your convenience to safely store personal belongings. We advise hotel guests to leave valuables and jewelry in their rooms. Please remember to lock your locker when accessing wet areas or treatments. Le Spa by Warwick Melrose is not liable for any lost or misplaced items.

CHILDREN'S SPA POLICY

Spa services are open to guests aged 12 to 17, provided they are accompanied by an adult. We cherish our young visitors! Thinking of treating your little one to a Petite Spa Day? Feel free to contact us via email, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you and your mini. Please note, we strive to maintain a tranquil and serene atmosphere.  Thank you for your cooperation.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

To ensure your safety and comfort, we kindly ask clients to share any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy status when booking. Our Spa professionals will offer personalized guidance to select treatments suitable for your needs.  Please note, prenatal massage is available after the first trimester for your safety.
